Gigglepin 4×4 have been pleased to host Southeast 4×4 response as their training officer Bren Hill carries out responder assessments.
Southeast 4×4 response are a volunteer organization that help out various agencies, organizations and individuals in times of crisis.
The Southeast 4×4 response were hero’s during this year’s snowy weather using their own time and vehicles to help get doctors, nurses and patients to and fro the hospital in terrible conditions.
As a Volunteer organization they do not get paid for their time and it is only their good will that keeps them hard at it.
Â
Gigglepin 4×4 is only happy to help and have offered off-road training for their members to try to help this non funded organization.
Jim Marsden of Gigglepin 4×4 says “Brendon Hill approached us during the snowy weather and showed us what these guys get up to and how they really do help the community. He then explained that many of the members were short on some practical basics and asked if we could help. We came up with a plan to train the members in small groups and hope to commence this training just as soon as is possibleâ€
