ROCK JOCK Johnny Joints®

RockJock's forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density polyurethane bushings that encase the inner ball.

The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 right hand threads on the shank, and a 2.625 in. mounting width ball with either a 5/8" (14mm) or a 9/16" (16mm) thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

Johnny Joints® are available in 14mm or 16 mm, in Left or Right hand thread - Please choose the version that you require from the options tab above. 

Please note these joints do not come supplied with the Lock Nuts - if you require these they must be ordered separately.

The 1¼” Johnny Joint Jam Nuts are zinc coated to make them corrosion resistant and can be used with Johnny Joints or any other 1¼” UNC thread joints.
Available in left and right handed threads.

RockJock's rebuild kit for the 2 1/2 in. Johnny Joint rod ends includes 2 urethane bushing halves, 2 side washers and 1 snap ring. The CE-9110T Johnny Joint tool makes this rebuild job a lot easier!
