Gigglein 4x4 aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from point of order. However, occasionally this may take longer if items are bespoke to order or if there is a stock holding issue. A representative will contact you within two working days of point of order if this is the case.
From point of dispatch, delivery lead times are as follows:
Royal Mail 1st Class (UK Only) - one to two working days
Standard Courier (UK Only) - Normally next working day delivery, but may extend to two working days if shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands etc.
International deliveries - Normally within 5 working days, but some destinations may take longer.
Gigglepin 4x4 cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier / postal service problems.

Returns & Replacements
Gigglepin 4x4 MUST be informed of any returns within seven days of receipt of the goods.After this period we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Any costs arising from the return of goods is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
In the event of items being faulty, Gigglepin will replace the item like for like, or replace with items up to that value. Refunds will not be issued.
Once an order is confirmed, the customer enters into an agreement with Gigglepin 4x4 and the order cannot be cancelled by the customer without the agreement of Gigglepin 4x4.
Occasionally items showing on this website may be out of stock. If this situation arises Gigglepin will do everything within our power to ship the item as quickly as possible.
Gigglepin 4x4 take great care to try and make sure that all details on this site are correct. However, errors do sometimes occur. This may result in a cancellation of the order - in this case we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
