Gigglepin is a family run UK company based just south of Sevenoaks that specialises in Landrover vehicles from 1948 to current day. Gigglepin also design and Manufacture the world's leading off-highway winch. 

We have a large workshop supported by a separate service and parts department crewed by a talented, happy team. Could you be our newest team member? 

Marketing Executive / Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented, fresh thinking Marketing / Graphic Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, but must also be self-motivating when required.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are required, as well as a knowledge of windows based computer systems. Due to the continued expansion at Gigglepin this role will be varied so will suit a candidate who is able to be flexible in their approach to organising priorities.

The position will require the marketer/designer to achieve the following tasks:

  • Maintain the company Brand and Marketing messages on and offline
  • Manage, update and create catalogues
  • Correlate and update the web shop to match the catalogues and vice versa
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns including social media.
  • Delivering Marketing activities related to the company product development plan
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • maintain and update customer databases
  • Clothing design (Hats, T-shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Gloves, Snoods, etc)
  • Event literature
  • Product art work design
  • Assist with sales enquires.
  • Assist with packing orders when required.
  • Video editing would be advantageous.
  • Assist with Exhibition planning and manning

Pay dependant on experience

Clothing including shirts, tops, hoodies, hats, snoods etc

Sick pay up to two days, statutory after if doctor note supplied

Hours of work Mon - Fri 8am till 5.30pm. Alternate Saturdays 8.30am till 12.30pm

30 minute lunch break, with 2, 15 minute tea breaks in the morning and afternoon.

Most parts sold by Gigglepin can be purchased by staff via discount scheme.

4 month probation, with a review at 2 months and then at 4 months

Contract after probation

6 monthly reviews thereafter.

Service/Parts Advisor

Due to our continued expansion Gigglepin is looking for someone to join our busy service and parts team.

Gigglepin is a family run company based just south of Sevenoaks that specialises in Landrover vehicles from 1948 to current day. We have a large workshop supported by a separate service and parts department crewed by a talented, happy team

We are looking for a team player with an automotive background and preferably a knowledge of Landrover vehicles (although not essential)

The role may will involve:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and Internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression.
  • Order Preparation: Picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries. (Both for the vehicle workshops and winch workshops)
  • Stock Control: Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished, providing a swift service to workshop and other departments as well as trade/retail customers.
  • Handle warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing).

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists
  • Stock control
  • Problem solver
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to create great customer experiences.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm

Pay dependant on experience

Holiday is 21 days plus bank holidays
